We cordially invite you to an online workshop on the topic of getting rid of internal criticism and transform negative mouses to your advantage. The topic will be guided by Monika Kukoľ Sochorová, a professional coach with ACC certification.

Neurologists and psychologists call it automatic negative thoughts (Ant). You may be surprised that having Ant is perfectly normal and that we all have them thanks to evolution. The bad news is that we will not get rid of these negative thoughts. Our mind is simply trying to protect us as best they can - to survive. The good news is that we can learn to work with Ant and consciously convert everything negative to positives.

Monika Kukoľ Sochorová is a professional coach with ACC certification from the International Federation of Coaches (ICF), which is only about 200 coaches in the Czech Republic. She graduated from extensive training in the Neuroleadership program, has a professional retraining "coach" accredited by the Ministry of Education and is the first certified facilitator of the program "Start with Heart" by Graydin in Central and Eastern Europe. This innovative program, which has been focusing on school coaching since 2011, brings a revolutionary approach to key skills such as improving mental well -being, building psychological security and supporting independence. s.r.o., where she regularly contributes as an author. He is also a volunteer in the School Day project. It took the title MBA.
