Over the past six months, six catering entrepreneurs have been working on making the menu more sustainable. For example, by wasting less food, purchasing more local products from the neighborhood, and making the supply healthier with more vegetables and legumes. What are their experiences? And what can other entrepreneurs learn from this? We conclude the project festively with the councilor Anja Prins (health) of the municipality of Apeldoorn.
