Seminar's annotation
How can green roofs contribute to sustainable development and adaptation to climate change? The “green roof - trends and synergy” seminar connects the latest knowledge of biodiversity, technology and sustainable construction. Particular attention will be paid to two areas - how to support biodiversity in the seats and the possibilities of a combination of vegetation on roofs with photovoltaics using green roofs. Participants will receive newly issued printed publications "Biodiversity Green Roofs" and "Biosolar Green Roofs". We also welcome teachers and students. The aim of the seminar is to support the quality and sustainability of green roofs built in the Czech Republic. Let's discover how Prague can contribute to sustainable development thanks to green roofs in combination with renewable energy sources!
