Birthday Party & “Bioluminescence” Release Party
December 18, 2025 | Studio DB, Berlin
Doors 20:00
Entrance 15€ (CASH ONLY)
Join us for a night where light and sound converge.
On December 18th, drummer and composer Chikara Aoshima celebrates the release of his second solo album “Bioluminescence” — a luminous exploration of rhythm, emotion, and organic sound.
The date is especially meaningful, as December 18th is both Chikara’s birthday and the birthday of bassist and producer Max Emil.
The evening unfolds in two live acts:
First Act (start at 21:00)
Chikara Aoshima — drums & electronics
EnnEs — vocals
Hoshiko Yamane (Tangerine Dream) — violin
Second Act (start at 22:00)
Chikara Aoshima — drums & electronics
Izumi Yamamoto — keyboard
Max Emil — bass
Stephen Molchanski — trumpet
Leo Wieber — electronics
Visuals by VJ Chuuu
Artwork by Saburo Aoshima
After the two acts, birthday boy Max Emil will take over the decks for a DJ set, closing the night in celebration and groove.
This special night also features an exclusive preview of Aoshima’s upcoming EP with EnnEs, set for release in 2026, and celebrates the birthdays of Chikara Aoshima and Max Emil.
