The Micher family made a private residence, built a villa here and adjusted the surroundings of the former summer house. The large parts of the wolf's throat are still bear their name, such as Micher's Majer, Micher's Les, Micher's Chapel, or Micher's Bay, once a popular and quiet port hidden in the forest. After a flashy garden, which served the Palffy and the Bratislava County (Prešpuury) for representative purposes today, almost nothing remained. On the site of the small neighboring island of Zajačie and Ča Čiahie, after the opening of the winter port in 1897, the new trough of the Little Danube and the water management works once and for all reflected flood waves from the Žitný ostrov. During the Second World War and shortly after it, the wolf's throat began to change the most radical. The Dynamit-Nobel factory has begun to build a large and sophisticated water resources system, which is associated in two central wells A and B, along with remote flats for well employees, which today has the address of Vlčie Hrdlo 75. After the political decision of the Communist power in 1949, they stopped the construction of a new national refinery in Trenčín-Zablati and in 1950 they moved the building to the Vlčie throat, which began to turn into a harsh industrial periphery of the capital from the romantic Žitno-Žitno Forest Forest. In the middle of the 70s, a new bay was built over Marina together with a modern shipyard and the seat of the Danube basin. The incinerator and heating plant in the southern part of the wolf's throat, the monstrous steam pipeline persisted, lasted the surroundings of the former summer house and today the R7 motorway is winding up to Dunajská Streda.
