Widely applauded as one of the most exciting bands in modern metal, BLEED FROM WITHIN returns to Portugal accompanied by AFTER THE BURIAL and GREAT AMERICAN GHOST.
Considered as one of the most imposing forces to emerge in the modern metal spectrum in the last two decades, Scottish band BLEED FROM WITHIN will finally return to Portugal on October 3, 2025 for an unmissable show at LAV - Lisboa Ao Vivo. The performance comes as part of The Zenith Tour - Europe & UK 2025, which will serve to promote the group's new album and promises intense nights of heavy music on a tour of Europe and the United Kingdom. Accompanying them during this journey will be special guests AFTER THE BURIAL and also the North Americans GREAT AMERICAN GHOST, who will ensure the “opening” on all dates.
Coming from Glasgow, Scotland, BLEED FROM WITHIN emerged in 2005 and, since then, has consolidated an enviable reputation in the world of modern metal. Their fusion of groove, crushing riffs and catchy melodies has earned them critical praise and a steadily growing legion of fans, with their most recent album, 2022's "Shrine", now having over 25 million streams, establishing themselves as an irrefutable proof of the global impact of these musicians and their ability to innovate in the genre in which they move.
Truth be told, the band has not slowed down since the release of «Shrine», an album ambitious and devastating, which cemented BLEED FROM WITHIN's status as the heaviest band to ever come out of Scotland. As a result of the high energy that characterizes them, the five musicians have already shared stages with giants such as Megadeth, Lamb Of God or Testament, in addition to having been present at numerous renowned festivals. In 2024 alone, they debuted in the United States, did a thirteen-date tour of the United Kingdom with Trivium and, to close the year in style, will perform as special guests of the legendary Slipknot on the Here Comes The Pain EU/UK 2024 Tour .
BLEED FROM WITHIN doesn't arrive alone in Lisbon, however. Accompanying them will be the Americans AFTER THE BURIAL, recognized for their fusion of technical metalcore and groove, and with a solid discography that includes albums as applauded as «Rareform» or «Dig Deep». The band is known for its intricate compositions and very energetic performances, and is already a guaranteed presence at major festivals and international tours. Opening the night, GREAT AMERICAN GHOST takes the stage, an emerging name in the metalcore scene, with a sound that combines brutality, introspective lyrics and an aggressive approach to the genre.
