Blissful Touch

Explore joyful, non-sexual touch and clear communication for more trust, consent and connection — alone or partnered.

💫 Blissful Touch – Enhance Your Joy in Touch and Relating 💫

What is this workshop about? Well, touch, obviously. And joy – the relaxed, liberating, recharging kind of joy. It's also about tuning into your body and communicating for trust, consent and a real shared experience.

🤗 What we will do: For the main part, we will explore and practice non-sexual touch for our own and for another person's pleasure in solo, partner and group exercises. This experience will be complemented by some information about the different dynamics involved in touch as well as a step-by-step communication framework for negotiating consent beyond compromise.

🌟 What you will get:

- Introduction to the Wheel of Consent

- Verbal communication skills that enhance flow rather than disrupting it

- Increased clarity what feels good for you and how to get it
