We invite you on Wednesday 11.6. On a unique Live Ecstatic Dance evening with the Israeli band Yekumi on the anchored ship Riva on the Danube near the SNP Bridge on the Old Town side. We will open the summer season with a magical dance on the waves of the Danube River, first at sunset, then the full moon and stars. This electro-ethnic duo will accompany us on an eclectic dance way with their large spectrum of musical instruments and energy and emotional waves. (Israel)

Ecstatic dance has existed for thousands of years in various cultures as an important ritual that has connected and raised community members and has been expanding again in recent years as a safe space in form. Subsequently, in the music of different atmosphere, pace and emotion, we will have the opportunity to feel different aspects of ourselves and pass the power of the present moment. By releasing stagnant energy and patterns that no longer serve us, we will fill the influx of new, life -giving energy and inspiration. For everyone, this experience may be different. Someone can release suppressed emotions, someone experience joy and celebration, for others it can be purely active movement meditation or passive meditation sitting while listening to music. We are welcome and receiving exactly as we feel. On the floor we limit not only the internal dialogue of our mind, but also the external. Dancing as a universal language will allow us to connect with others at a deeper level.
