"As soon as a woman realizes conception, she ceases to be an individual, but inhabited by a set."
The body of a pregnant woman is the subject of protection and celebrations across cultures. At the same time, it loses its own autonomy and finds itself on the border between the past and the future. It is the process of receiving the unknown. Not only in the form of a nascent child, but also unknown in us. In this period, a woman often experiences contradictory emotions, she not only physically changes, shifting the boundaries of her being and responsibility, losing her old and discovering new outlines.
What if this pregnant woman is a dancer, artist or performer? Does it have the right to its profession, or its only value becomes pregnancy that it must protect? Is it supposed to download into seclusion and survive this period? Or take it as an opportunity and reveal your transformation reality? The concept of this work now opens up other pregnant women, performers. The experience of the changes of the body, the states of the mind and the birth, which is already within reach, will be multiple and unprecedented.
