The fifth year of the largest yoga outdoor fitness event Form Factory Body & Mind Day is coming. Experiences, again a slightly improved program full of rest lessons on a peony meadow and peat bogs in the Prague Botanical Garden. It is the ideal time to stretch, relax, relax the mind and recharge the new life energy. A day for those who like relaxing lessons such as Yoga, Dance Yoga, Hormonal Yoga or Les Mills Bodybalance, and who would like to practice a series of yoga lessons in the open air. In addition to the exercise, there are extended seminars and workshops associated with yoga themes. A special new relaxation zone and refreshments will be available between lessons and workshops.
