About event
BRTT & TRB Group session
Are you ready for the trip to the deepest core of yourself? Do you dare to get out of your mind and give control of your body? Body Remember trauma therapy, also known as the BRTT method, is the journey of discovery to who you really are. It is a body -oriented process that helps the recipient to relax in a natural way. The final goal is to let go of daily stress and deep, chronic tension locked in the body. This form of therapy can, in particular, enlighten it for people with traumatic (including birth trauma, violence, bullying) or nasty experiences (including accident, experienced or seen or annoying operation). BRTT also offers a solution for deep -fitting (chronic) pain where the cause seems inexplicable. This therapy can also work well with constant headache or migraine, muscle tensions, back and/or neck complaints, a swollen belly and long -term stress. Trauma Release Breathwork (TRB) is a collective name for a number of powerful forms of breathing. All these forms of breathing have one common goal, namely the release of breathing, and therefore your fixed traumas and stored negative energies.
What does a BRTT & TRB group session look like?
We start the session (BRTT) with a number of body exercises, simply put on the math exercises that you will do one after the other. With these exercises we activate the PSOAS muscle. This is a muscle in the body that can store a lot of tension, fears and traumas. The moment the PSOAS muscle is activated, we look for vibrations. Once you are in the vibration and the vibration has built up, your body takes it over and your body will look for the tension and traumas that the body wants to let go at that time. This is a physical process in which your own body indicates his/her limits. We guide you and ensure a sense of safety and trust. It is important that you go by heart and give control of your body. After the BRTT we will continue with Trb. These breathing exercises will help us to travel to deeper layers of our subconscious mind with the aim of releasing everything that we should not let go. We guide you to do the different forms of breathing as well as possible and help you, where necessary, to deal with thresholds where you do not match. During the two sessions there is supported music and at the end of the session carefully selected music ensures that you get to your own cocoon. The following also applies to this session; concentrate on breathing and stay out of your head as much as possible for the rest. These combined sessions are very powerful and can be a good start, to clean up nasty experiences with the physical consequences that that gives in your body. Brt & TRB has already helped thousands of people and can also offer you a solution for you. A combined session will take about 2.5 to 3 hours.
