About event
In May we invite you to the Artotéka Gallery for a new international exhibition of two artists, linked by an artistic residence in Iceland. Natalia Krawczyk and Stano Bubán: Body Stories. connected. He considers a stay in the water to be an artistic practice. The connection with water allows it to perceive the world in more fluid terms and hopes that it will inspire others to the more connections with water.
Painter Stano Bubán /SK has a part of the exhibition to bring an ambition to report a report on the physical existence of a person, as we know it from the fingerprints in caves around the world. Report on the physical body longing, love and suffering. The body, which tells of paradoxes of today, when one part of the world is starving plagued by climatic changes, poverty and wars, while another part of humanity lives in luxury and surplus. Bodies without dresses, exposed, deprived of status, these are the buban stories of the body.
