We warmly invite you to join a self-development group where you can explore the power of presence, contact, and connection. In this safe space, you’ll be able to dive into your body and emotions, discovering a deeper connection with yourself and others.
What you’ll find here:
✨ A space to work on your hopes and resistances around physical contact
✨ A warm and gentle presence
✨ Acceptance of yourself as you are
✨ The opportunity to explore experiences that are inscribed in your body
With gentle guidance, we’ll offer a few exercises and provide a shared space where you can be fully yourself and meet others striving to do the same. No judgment or pressure—just a space for conscious presence.
Participation conditions:
🤍 No specific goals or expectations, simply space to be yourself
🤍 This is not a space for sexual experiences
🤍 Speak as little as possible, only when necessary
