About event
From the Bohemian village in Neukölln to Berlin's Kafka places to the spaceship on Wilhelmstrasse: the Bohemian traces in Berlin have manifested themselves as economic and social progress, as cultural heritage and in the form of architectural jewels. We follow them on guided city tours with the architectural historian Bettina Güldner.
With the architecture of the embassy building on Wilhelmstr. Berlin has gained an outstanding example of post-war modernism. With the reception of Franz Kafka's stays in Berlin, the performance of literary language comes to the fore. The Protestant community life in Rixdorf, founded by Bohemians who fled from religion, retains its social component to this day.
