The intention is to introduce you to the energies of trees.

I regularly take a tree walk in the Amstelpark in Amsterdam. Anyone who is interested can join us for a walk. The intention is to introduce you to the energies of the various trees through our emotional sense. We will stop at some trees. We will then try to feel the energy, atmosphere and radiance of the tree. This way you can experience what happens next. Each tree species has its own character and characteristics. Even trees of the same species can each have a different appearance. You will be amazed at the differences in emotional experience. The relaxation and emptiness you experience can be different with each tree. With one you feel thoughtless and relaxed and with the other you feel recharged and equipped to continue.
