Benefits of boundary setting:
Setting healthy boundaries is crucial for mental and emotional well-being. Studies show that individuals who establish clear boundaries experience:
- reduced anxiety
- improved relationship satisfaction
- decreased burnout
- higher self-esteem
- better work-life balance
- a sense of personal autonomy
Based on social, historical, and cultural reaons, womxn are more likely to feel stressed, anxious, and guilty when setting boundaries.
So, what can we do? How do we break away from people pleasing, imposter syndrome, and insecurity?
It starts with building awareness of our own and society's un/conscious biases and our associated fears and beliefs. Join this workshop and make a start on living the way you really want to live your life.
It is incredibly cathartic to be in a room with people going through something similar. And it's so good for the soul to connect with other womxn. I hope you'll be one of them!
