It is based on praranayama yoga holistic procedures and the philosophy of healing in the widespread states of consciousness and is a beautiful and intense experience. It is a repetition of a series of breathing techniques combined with led meditation and intense music therapy that awakens and uncover your human potential and manifest harmony, happiness. It is a way to connect with your soul, your real self and your inner intelligence and heart.
