We invite you to an experiential seminar, designed for women who need change and a shift in their lives...

A seminar about the fact that we are not just a body whose needs need to be met, but that we are sensitive and perceptive beings, full of different thoughts, programs, feelings and emotions, which also need to be understood, especially if they limit our life.

A seminar about connecting with your SELF on on a deeper level, so that we can become more relaxed, more creative, freer and happier, despite everything that is happening around us.

- Emotions - what they do to us
- We will immerse ourselves in meditations
- Experiential exercises
- We will lightly touch on the topic of DEATH
- We will learn 9 ethical therapy skills
- We will end the seminar with instructions on HAPPINESS
