ℹ️ The workshop on the occasion of World Philosophy Day is dedicated to exercises inspired by classical Western and Eastern philosophies and the advice of great personalities for self-knowledge and inner development. 🔸 ADMISSION: voluntary
🔹 The workshop will be devoted to the following topics:
▪️ development and use of inner potentials
▪️ philosophical work with mind and imagination
▪️ art of concentration< br> wisdom applied in practice. It is the search for ways to expand your mind and your heart, to reveal and develop your inner potentials, and to be able to find an increasingly correct and wiser attitude towards yourself, your surroundings and the situations in which you find yourself.
🔹 The workshop "Philosophical exercises for personality development" offers you instructions and exercises for self-knowledge and inner development, inspired by classical Western and Eastern philosophies.
🔹 Together we will try various exercises to develop our character and push our own limits, immerse ourselves in a philosophical dialogue, get acquainted with Stoic principles for everyday life and show exercises to develop concentration, imagination and philosophical contemplation.
