It is fascinating that even after 2000 years, the ideas of stoic philosophers are still up -to -date and extremely useful for the everyday life of a person. They are instructions on how to stand up everyday challenges, how to maintain the inner fortress and joy of life in adversity, how not only to live, but to live well. have more control of yourself and your life and different others. And we will also look at what, according to Stoikov, disrupts the inner fortress and undermine and what can be done. Mária Mihálová, a long -time lecturer of Nová Akropolis, who completed the program of study of Eastern and Western philosophy, psychology, ethics and symbolism. He specializes in ancient and Renaissance philosophy, philosophical and psychological themes across history in the comparative study. He leads courses and lectures, among other things, in the areas of philosophy, ethics, psychology, rhetoric, art and ancient cultures.
