Immerse yourself in a world of deep relaxation and energetic renewal. This part invites you to bring your body, mind and soul into harmony through the healing sounds of an extraordinary selection of instruments such as crystal singing bowls, crystal harp, Tibetan singing bowls, voice and gentle frequencies.

During the sound bath you will be enveloped in soothing vibrations that penetrate deep into the cells and release blockages. The combination of sound healing and energy work supports stress reduction, restores inner balance and activates your self-healing powers.

Who we are?

We are Jenny, Robin and Arya. And we share our love for bodywork, breathwork and sound healing.

Jenny is an experienced body therapist and lovingly supports her clients with breathwork, sound baths and her deep presence.

Robin's work is dedicated to the loving presence within us all. He is passionate about being a trauma-sensitive body therapist, energetic healer and soul singer. He also occasionally organizes group events.

Arya is a wonderful soul who lives on four paws at Jenny's side and has a good feel for people, energies and processes. He will accompany us on the journey on this day.
