Brno in the times of Nazi occupation experienced one of the darkest and most important periods of its history. It is in these difficult times that the Czech population showed extraordinary civil bravery and failure, the city lost a number of important buildings and disappeared several centuries -long coexistence of local Czechs, Germans and Jews. Participants will visit the places where the fate of the Brno Jews, a building where the Nazi and Protectorate institutions were located and reminded the forgotten fates of many heroes and victims. During a professionally commented walk organized by the Nation's memory institute, participants will be able to see a lot of period photographs and listen to the memories of witnesses and especially to go through the places where the history of the Czech land was written. floor).
