About event
Yuriy Gurzhy - musician, composer, DJ and author - reads from his newly published book "An Aquarium Full of Keys", a diverse collection of short stories and snapshots from his hometown of Kharkiv. In it he interweaves personal memories with the present of a country shaped by the Russian war of aggression.
The lyrics enter into a silent dialogue with his father's photographs, which have accompanied Gurzhy since his childhood.
Finally, Gurzhy picks up the guitar and plays some songs that were written during his trips to Kharkiv in recent years.
Yuriy Gurzhy (author), N.N. (moderation)
Organizer: Town twinning association Steglitz-Zehlendorf e.V.
