Let's take a look at how we can get to know, accept and target our talents. As we can then develop them into strengths. There are many interesting reflections and activities to get to know and target your talents. Come, and answer the questions with us: Why makes sense to focus on strengths, what then with the weak ones? How to find a career journey where I can be who I am, becoming a better version of yourself and will pay me for it.
