You have a cool product idea, but it's stuck as just an idea.
The first step is the hardest: where to start and what to focus on?
We gather in a small group for a weekend grind. Walk away knowing WHAT you're building, WHO your customer is, and HOW to move forward.
Day 1: Ideation & Validation (Saturday)
- Define problem, target customers, value proposition, revenue streams.
- Build a functional prototype with no-code tools.
- End with feedback & plan for next day.
Day 2: Marketing & Pitching (Sunday)
- Cover free/cheap tools for marketing & sales techniques
- Learn what a VC pitch should look like.
- Refine prototypes, craft pitches on problem-solution fit & go-to-market.
- Wrap up with 3-min pitches & feedback ( a bit of a roast too).
