RESERVERVEN
The RESERVERVENT In the agenda, because at the end of August it is time again for the annual Buitenbios! The anniversary edition! The theme of the film evening is thinking with birds: we live in both city and countryside together with birds in different ways. In various genres we look at how these relationships are depicted with birds.
No fewer than three evenings around this theme with films selected by Marit van Dijk. She works as a researcher for the Reinwardt Academy, a cultural heritage course at the Amsterdamse School of the Arts. She realizes research on various themes: Heritage & Nature, reminds in public space and also curves the artist in Residence program. In her research into how we pass on nature (and how not), she has worked a lot in the past two years with birds, birders and bird friends in the Thinking With Birds project.
