In the second week of September we continue in Vieche under the vaults in this year's half -fermented season. This week will be from the white variety Chardonnay. September.
We will be happy if you stop enjoying the seasonal goodness right here. On Friday we are open from 4 pm to 23rd, on Saturday from 6 pm to 23rd/of course, we also offer the possibility of half -fermented in advance and come to pick it up on Friday or Saturday during opening hours, for larger quantities it is possible to agree outside them. We sell half -fermented plastic bottles, 5 liters in a plastic bandas. Although you will not meet plastic with us in our usual wines, it is rather a necessity for half -fermented wine. The ordered half-fermented wine is needed to be picked up on Friday until 21 hours, unless you agree in advance otherwise.
