Saturday, January 18, 2025 - Prašná bašta Caffee, Zámočnícka 11, downtown Bratislava.
Our 1st annual exchange in the Prašná bašta cafe in the center of Bratislava. A stock market where you can find hundreds of original vinyl records and where freshly ground coffee smells. A place where friends meet for whom a vinyl album created a relationship with music.
What exactly is it about?
You probably know that it is a regular music exchange focused on the sale and exchange of LPs, CDs carriers, MC cassettes. You can come to the stock exchange to buy, sell or exchange something. Or discuss music. In addition to physical music carriers, you can sometimes find memorabilia in the form of music posters and almost always some books about music.
The exchange takes place in a friendly atmosphere and in the interior of the Prašná bašta cafe (Prašná bašta Caffee), and during the exchange you can choose from a selection of drinks and coffee directly in Prašná bašta. If the weather is good, the market will be in the cafe's garden.
Do you have something extra at home and want to sell it?
This is exactly what the market is for. The cafe has a certain capacity, and therefore entry for sellers via registration in advance at [email protected], or write to reserve a table in the comments of this event.
Is there an entrance fee?
Buyers have free entry, the stock exchange is also suitable for children. Sellers contribute to advertising, i.e. they pay 10 Euros per table (with a capacity of 200 LP albums)
Is it possible to park somewhere?
There is an underground (paid) large garage "Klarisky" about 50 meters away. Or Zochova ulica, Palisády and the surrounding area, which are less than a 5-minute walk from the stock exchange.
What else is important?
For example, that our brick-and-mortar record shop is nearby on the same street . During the stock exchange, we will prepare an extra offer and discounts on selected vinyl albums. Stop by and maybe you'll pick up an interesting album or SP single for your vinyl collection. And maybe even a vintage record player that we will bring to the stock market...
