About event
Sustainable. Brave. Thought differently. – Damn Plastic is a guest at “Woman in Focus”
On 14. April 2026Victoria Neuhofer & Stephanie Sinko bring fresh founder power to the table at the Frau im Focus business breakfast.
The two serial founders today run four companies - started with Damn Plastic, expanded by VEATZZ Zaubermehl and other ventures. A party idea became an impact company with stores, online shop, franchise and advice for events, restaurants and companies. Known from "2 Minutes 2 Million" (twice) - with charm, wit and a clear vision: Sustainability is not a sacrifice, but an attitude.
They wrote down their journey in the book "From BFFs to CEOs" - honestly, directly, without bullshit. And because implementation wins, they have launched the Co-Boss Academy: mentoring, video courses & systems for everyone who wants to start a business - not someday, but now.
Today, Victoria & Stephanie are booked on international stages to talk about entrepreneurship, impact and modern brand building talk.
Look forward to an inspiring morning about entrepreneurship, sustainability and the courage to do things differently.
Motto: Don’t just talk. Do it. Damn Plastic.
What you will take with you:
- How an idea became Damn Plastic - and why VEATZZ Zaubermehl shows how impact also tastes in the kitchen
- Franchise & Consulting: real impact instead Greenwashing
- Serial startup: four companies, clear priorities, no excuses
- Tools from the Co-Boss Academy: from the first step to the system
- Honest learnings from “From BFFs to CEOs”
Insights from international Keynotes: What counts on stages worldwide todayWoman in focus does not exclude the participation of men. However, we found that the protected environment with only female participants creates an atmosphere in which experiences are exchanged differently than when male participants are also present. For this reason, our business breakfasts are still reserved for women. Other events, for example trips, but also business impulses are accessible to all genders.
