Doris Lippert has been there since 2021 - then 30 years old - in the management of Microsoft Austria. In December 2024, she became the first woman to take over the presidency of the Austrian Software Innovation Association. In this way, she is playing a key role in shaping the digital future of Austria.

In this business breakfast, on the one hand, she lets us share her wealth of experience and her success strategies that have made this steep career possible. On the other hand, she gives us exciting insights into the initiations of Austrian companies towards digitization and the use of artificial intelligence.

In the core team of the Special Interest Group WOMENinICT, she is committed to digital equal opportunities for women.

Woman in Focus does not exclude the participation of men. However, we found that the protected environment with only female participants creates an atmosphere in which experiences are exchanged differently than when male participants are also present. For this reason, our business breakfasts are still reserved for women. Other events, for example trips, but also business impulses are accessible to all genders.
