Last time we went through chill-filtration in detail, and this time we will focus on the second hot topic, which is the coloring of whiskey with caramel E150A.
I will prepare the theory in a short presentation and we will go through the practice together at The Izzi Pub .
Blindly (under weak red light) we will compare whiskey with the addition of different amounts of caramel coloring E150A. Will we be able to make up the difference? And if so, at what dose of caramel? How will caramel manifest itself in whisky?
The Masterclass will only take place live on 02/04/2025 at 19:00 at The Izzi Pub. Online participation will not be possible this time.
