We drink ceremonial raw cocoa very careful and with personal intentions. Cocoa looks gently activating, heart -open and can help to make the head quieter and to make the heart more noticeable . In the circle there is a protected space in which everything is welcome: joy, doubt, silence, tears, gratitude.

You don't have to do anything, don't represent anything - you can simply be yourself. 💛

Together we create an evening that lovingly supports you to be honest with yourself, become emotionally soft and connect with you and others. We listen to each other carefully and without judgment. We speak of heart - and when there are no words there, that's okay too.

You can show yourself how you are - or still make your way, find out who you are, in a room that is free of expectations and concepts. It is not about "getting better" - but about be honest .
