Join us for a sacred, soul-nourishing morning where we blend ancient rituals, silence, rhythm, and heart wisdom to awaken your deepest self. Facilitated by Jo Jungwirth – a Brazilian shaman trained in the Amazon and Tulum, and a Master Guardian of Mama Cacao since 2018 – these intimate gatherings are a rare chance to connect, heal, and realign.

Please do not eat 3–4 hours before the ceremony
Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and cow dairy 24 hours prior
👉Bring: water bottle, comfortable clothes, eye pillow or small towel
👉Contraindications: If you are taking antidepressants, antipsychotics, or heart medication, or are pregnant/breastfeeding, please consult with Jo before booking.
