A gentle exploration with the medicines of cacao, music, and voicework

Expressing yourself by humming, singing or simple sounding soothes the body, calms the mind and opens the heart. These positive effects are amplified when we do this together with others.

This Saturday afternoon you are invited to join Renée and a circle of beautiful people to share the beautiful medicine of cacao, music and our voice, and tap into our state of being of that moment.

What to expect?

Sharing a cup of ceremonial cacao

We start of by meeting and connecting in a circle, held by the warm embrace of cacao to open the heart and tap into our natural flow.

A safe space of co-creation

We will co-create together in flow, depending on the energy of the group. On a personal level, it can be very insightful to listen/hear what our voice has to share with us.

Singing is optional (yet encouraged)

Experience with singing or other musical talent is not required to join. Everything is an invitation so if you just want to receive and experience, that is welcome. We will however, gently explore together what is there to discover working with the unique medicine of your own voice. There is so much wisdom there. And we all have a voice!

Relax and enjoy

Renee will also share music and some of her personal songs that are written from her heart and personal healing process. They are deeply connected with the collective themes of our human experience. The invitation here is to relax, receive and allow the healing sounds to embrace you and take you on an inner journey.

Plus: Feel free to bring an instrument like a guitar, ukelele or drum.

Again: experience with singing or other musical talent is not required to get the most out of this special afternoon!

About the facilitator

Renée is a trauma informed psychedelic facilitator, voicework facilitator, singer and medicine music musician. Over the past decade she has gained extensive experience within the ceremonial and therapeutic psychedelic space. By offering her music, sacred medicine songs and voice as a tool for guidance and support she is able to alchemize stagnant energy and emotions so that flow and release may come to the surface. With a strong focus on voicework it is her mission and life’s dedication to create deeply held and safe containers in which people can fully lean in to their inner landscape for exploration and healing.
