About event
✨What world with kundalini yoga✨
49-day journey of self-knowledge and transformation
❤️ We will reveal the linking of emotions and chakras (eg where guilt hides and where fear)
🧡 Every week we look detailed at a particular chakra and life situations with it. Influence, life phase - age when we could have a disharmony, organs with which the chakra is connected and shadow emotions
💚 We will talk about psychological functions and psychosomatics
💙 We will recognize the chakras disharmonic and learn how to harmonize the chakral system (you get various instructions and you get various instructions. Keys)
💜 We will remove the body, calm the mind and start the energy in the right direction
This course is for you when:
guilt, shame, sadness, envy, depression or problems in relationships
• Do you feel chronic exhaustion, little creativity
• You want to feel more joy and energy in life
• You tell a lot or you don't know how to express your feelings/opinions
repeat)
• Do you want to do something for yourself (physically, emotionally and mentally)
The course will take place:
The course lasts 49 days when we look together through the chakra. Every week we are intensively called a particular chakra. As part of the course we will meet for the first time on Wednesday, October 1, 20125 when we focus on the root chakra via theory and Kundalini yoga. We will create a common Whats up group where you will receive the remaining 6 days of tasks to develop or activities related to the week of the week. Personally, we will always meet on Wednesday for 2 hours and then continue online via Whats up. This course is not just about one meeting of a week but a real depth for each participant for seven weeks. You can use information, knowledge and exercise a few years after the course.
Will you join us for a deep transformation in your life? 🌈
