Camí de Sant Jaume: Puigcerdà - Bolvir - Bellver de Cerdanya

** We travel part of the Camino de Sant Jaume to enjoy the fall for the most beautiful peoples of Cerdanya such as Puigcerda - Bollvir and Bellver de Cerdanya **
We will make an excursion of about 16 km practically planes from Puigcerda where we will travel the old Puigcerda road in the direction of Bolvir and from this point, part of the Camí de Sant Jaume's route in the Bellver direction of Cerdanya. A route that will allow us to enjoy the meadows, forests and spectacular views of the Cerdanya. The excursion that passes through the Central Valley of the region, following in several sections the presence of the ** Segre River **, which crosses the plain and accompanies the walker with its quiet course. This river, the backbone of the Cerdanya, brings freshness to the landscape and contrasts with the mountains that surround it, becoming a good natural reference along the route.
Soft path, between fields and stone embroiders. In autumn the poplars and walnuts paint the landscape of golden tones. Always in the direction of Bellver de Cerdaña a path that alternates meadows, forest and ancient passage paths. The Pyrenees unfolds on the horizon with the first snowy peaks. In autumn, fresh air and creak of the leaves accompany the entire journey. . Bellver lovely medieval town, with walls and cobbled streets. Ideal for group eating (picnic option or local restaurant).
