This proposal of activity aims to provide a weekend in the Algarve, taking advantage of one of the beautiful coastal zones, but we will know Part of the inside, through a paderne walk that will lead us to discover the castle, as well as Ribeira de Quarteira and to finish the spectacular vicar cascade, 24 meters high, in alte. Come with us in another event not to be missed!

NSOS - Between Centeanes Beach and Marinha Beach
The pedestrian route of the seven suspended valleys is one of the most beautiful rails in the Algarve, and was elected as the best walking destination in Europe. This walk has a breath -cut views. This route descends and rises ravines that almost always flow above sea level - the suspended valleys. In the distant past, each suspended valley was associated with the mouth of a stream, and should form a quick retreat from the coastal not accompanied by the carving of the water line. The action of fresh and salty waters results in the formation of a coastal lacecase, designated as a paradely landscape, with a remarkable diversity of geoforms that can be observed on Navy Beach: arches, caves, algae and leixões. At Carvalho Beach, it is accessed to the sand by a tunnel excavated in the soft limestone of the myocene, where the profusion of marine shells added in the Rocha matrix is observed. Benagil beach is associated with the mouth of a torrential stream that carved a narrow ravine in Arriba. This beach housed a fishing community dedicated to the artisanal arts; Nowadays, the vessels are mainly concerned with the visits to the sea caves.
The lunch will be in the form of PIC-NIC for the responsibility of each participant

16h00-Carvoeiro beach with a visit to Algar Seco
Algar Dry is a true former Lagoa Libris, it is a natural host of an almost wild scenario and one of the most pleasant places on the entire Algarve coast. Earth erosion and sea attacks shaped limestone rocks in graceful forms. Going down the steps one can enjoy closely, packed by the whispers of the waves, sea caves and nooks where nature did what man has managed to destroy. The rocks form "porches", authentic balconies and romantic windows on the sea, such as the doll, where the light breeze that blows from it feels. This is a highly recommended place for people who visit carvoeiro, photography lovers, and not only. The wooden walkway about 570m in length and rest areas that partly requalified the coastal section to the Fort and Chapel of N. Sra. from the incarnation.

Walking through the quarteira stream to the conquest of the Paderne Castle

Difficulty: 3 (1 to 5 scale being the easiest)
This walk has an extension of 11 km, and beyond the healthy contact with nature, we will become all the Paderne surroundings highlighting the Castle of the 19th century. XIII, to the Castle Bridge over the Ribeira de Quarteira, dated from the 19th century. XVI, the Cerro do Leitão Moinho and still to Azenha do Castelo, a rotating mill so characteristic of these zones, taking advantage of the power of water as a form of energy. . From the top 24 meters high this water fall, integrated into the Ribeira de Alte, throws with great vigor over a beautiful Lagoa de Cleaned waters. In summer many are those who go to the baths there. Next to the waterfall, the surrounding area was requalified with the creation of a green space where picnic tables are available and a support infrastructure. This is a typical Algarve village with a well-conserved historical center, stuffed with white-felling residential buildings and narrow-paved streets and staircases. br/>- guide and follow-up walking
