Participation in this activity is completely free but participants must offer their energy to the group. Apart from singing, this can be in the form of bringing some type of vegetarian/vegan food to share at the end of the meeting or bringing your own instrument to provide energy in the form of music.

🌿 We will sit in a circle on a grass area in Diagonal Mar Park.
🌿 A booklet is available with letters of mantras and their meanings in Spanish and English.

✨ **Open to everyone** ✨

It is not necessary to have previous experience or have a “good voice” — just an open heart and the willingness to let yourself be carried away by the music, the voices and the energy of the group. It is a beautiful opportunity to quiet the mind, open the heart and share a joyful space of connection.
