Carl Orrf, Edward Clug: CARMINA BURANA - hosťovanie Baletu SND

The visual choreographic fresco of the spectacular cantates performed by the SND Ballet. From 1976 to 1978 she was a member of the ballet ensemble in the then State Theater Košice and later during his work at the dance conservatory of Eva Jaczová in Bratislava, she raised several generations of dancers, many of whom worked as soloists or members of ballet ensembles in both theaters.

The scenic cantate of Carmina Buran, the German composer Carl Orff, is one of the most famous musical works. The composer followed the ideas of Richard Wagner on the "absolute work of art" in an effort to create the concept of "Theatrum Mundi", which connects music, movement and speech. Edward Clug has created choreography for engaging music. Through it, the evolution of life is based on the flow of dance paintings on the scene. The choreographic stage drawing is dominated by a circle, which is an initiation moment for dancers, beginning and end, simplicity and perfection. The choreographic-varying concept of Carmina Burana offers visually clean and energy hypnotizing the experience of combining music and dance.
