At the seminar we will learn the Slavic system of charm exercises, get cards to individual exercises so that you can exercise independently at home and change the happenings of your life and body. We also have to meditate light, dance and deepen the connection with ourselves and the genus. We will celebrate the center of winter with light in us and with candles on Hromnice. Slavic magician gymnastics- is old Energy gender practices of wooden Slavs, our great -grandmothers. Slavic women ruled with great force, which they passed through the family through gender memory.
