The series of chamber evenings Lines in the Sand, this time with economist and philosopher Tomáš Sedláček and moderators from Magnoli – Tomáš Poucha and Tonda Parma, will take place on Monday, December 2, 2024 from 19:00 in the multifunctional space Vnitroblock in Prague's Holešovice. The festive evening will offer the well-known glossator's view of attainable happiness and well-being in life.
Philosopher and economist Tomáš Sedláček is the author of the bestseller The Economy of Good and Evil, a book that has been translated into 21 languages (including Chinese and Korean) and it was successful with foreign critics (Financial Times, New York Times, Die Zeit, Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung).
Lines in the sand are informal, but moderated meetings of people who want to cross seemingly insurmountable boundaries in life. Visitors can listen to the guests, discuss, or even share their own experiences.
