Cashinahua - opravdoví lidé a jejich tradiční medicína

Jana Horáčková, graduate of Prague's Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in graphic design, devoted healing plants in graphic design. In the Peruvian Amazon she spent 16 years at the Universidad National Intercultural de la Amazonia as an assistant to Otty Plachta. Between 2010-2015 she lived in the Cashinahua community, investigated medicinal plants and their use. The result was 590 plants described, thousands of photographs and audio recordings. It contributed to the creation of the Botanical Garden of the Union medicinal plants and tried to approach a native view of life that perceives nature, ie plants, animals, mountains and others as beings with their own vitality and soul.
