"ČChi Kung and Shiatsu
healing body and soul"
in autumn, when, according to the TČM, the lungs and the associated paired organ, the large intestine, are active.
The stay will take place in a beautiful and energizing place of Slovak nature. in Harmonia na Hlaváč.
Content and purpose of the stay:
We have created a healing, experiential and very nourishing stay for you, during which we will harmonize, energetically support and tune our bodies to the arrival of winter.
What we offer during the stay:
- Chi Kung exercises, breathing and movement meditations, which will take place 2 x per day in the morning and evening
- in addition to the exercises, there will also be a theoretical part
"Five elements from the point of view of TČM", where we will focus in detail especially on the period of autumn, the organs of the lungs and large intestine
and the metal element
In addition to the theoretical part, you will also receive scripts in which you can record all interesting notes and take them home after the stay
- a special program of the stay for each participant will be Shiatsu massage - it is a curative preventive method that focuses on restoring and harmonizing the energy balance in the body by working on meridians and
acupuncture points
- wellness - sauna and whirlpool

Miška - movement instructor of chi kung, tai chi and yoga at Radosť center - movement and therapy center in Žilina .
He is also engaged in other activities such as various individual consultations, therapies, cranio-biodynamics, accompaniment with rituals, women's circles and much more.
For several years now, he has been organizing and accompanying stays in Slovakia and abroad and implementing within the center various workshops and seminars.
