I.Stipe of the art of qi kung Čung Juan (ZYQ)
is an exercise designed primarily to improve health, to acquire relaxation, to increase the viability of the organism. Your age, religion, and physical readiness does not matter. It is always worth working on yourself. Purify the body

Self-attention training, ZYQ exercises are not physical-technically demanding, and are suitable for all ages. The taste and will to do something for yourself is crucial. Over the weekend you will understand the meaning of exercises, their continuity and connection. You will be able to exercise separately after the course. You will receive a certificate of graduation and you will be able to attend (un) regular joint events in person. As well as online exercises led by ZYQ instructors. - 19:00
