I.level of the art of Chi Kung Chung Juan ( ZYQ )
is an exercise primarily intended to improve health, to learn relaxation, to increase the vitality of the organism.

The course is suitable for complete beginners as well as advanced ones. Your age, religion, and physical fitness do not matter. It is always worth working on yourself.

You will learn:
- the basics of working with vital energy - chi
- improve your health and immunity
- increase the quantity and quality of your own energy-chi
- get rid of internal tension and be more resistant to stress
- how to establish and maintain the balance of yin - yang,
the basis of good physical and mental health
- energetically purify the organism
- improve the intellect
- .....

Training of your own attention, ZYQ exercises are not movement-technically demanding, and are suitable for all age categories. The decisive factor is the desire and will to do something for yourself. During the weekend, you will understand the meaning of the exercises, their continuity and connection. After the course, you will be able to practice independently. You will receive a certificate of completion, and you will be able to participate in joint exercises, in person and online exercises under the guidance of ZYQ school instructors.

According to international ZYQ rules, the 1st degree course should be a minimum of 15 hours of theoretical and practical instruction.

Online (partial or full) participation is possible.

Saturday 12:00 - 16:00 & 17:00 - 19:30

Sunday 9:00 - 12:00 & 13:00 - 16:00
