Some of the best bands in the Pacific Northwest are helping Celebrity Telethon celebrate their album release!
Celebrity Telethon - is an underground rock ’n’ roll outfit based in the American Pacific Northwest. Their pulp-noir sound mines the purest strata of punk’s earliest echoes. It’s murder in hi-fi.
The Statics (First Portland show of the century!) - Coming out of the wonderful Tacoma tradition that goes back to the Sonics and the Wailers in the early 60s, more connected with those roots than most Seattle outfits from this era, the Statics still connected with the 1990s, they have songs about burgers and fries, cars and cartoons, the important things in life, what rock and roll songs oughta be about. (Written by Winch Records)
Suprr Powrr - The latest garage rock supergroup from Rob Vasquez (Night Kings, The Nights and Days) featuring members of Flathead and more!
Dirt Twins - One of the best going concerns in Portland. I've heard them described as "gospel Stooges" and that's not far off.
