We invite you to a day's playfight workshop in Prague!
We create a sincere and safe community where people open and transform their personal themes. The main tools are conscious work with body and emotions and art of sincere communication. not to avoid conflicts and look for win-wind situations
- to develop your authenticity in supporting and safe communion
- to connect with your inner strength and playfulness
If you are currently in a personal or mental crisis, playfight could bring more intensity than supportive. We therefore recommend waiting until greater stability.
The workshop is led by Stefanie Jörgler.

with you: comfortable clothing - ideally long sleeves and long pants where you can move well. We exercise on barefoot and without aids.
Saturday 9.8. 2025, 10:00 - 18:00
During the day there will be a 1.5 -hour pause for lunch
(lunch can arrange their own, but mostly we go to the restaurant directly in the building)

Bio:
Stefanie Jörgler
Stefanie grew up in Graz. She was brought to Prague by the studies of the non -verbal theater at HAMU, where she began to focus on body, movement and voice. She is fascinated by her voice as a natural prolongation of the body. She works as a voice actress in films and advertisements. She is an enthusiastic dancer and enjoys playfulness and authenticity.
