About event
We invite you to a day full of inspiration, philosophical reflections, funny stories and deep thoughts.
Or how by changing the day, you change your life.
Most people wait for life to change.
But life does not change in a year. It is changing today.
How you sleep, eat, think, breathe and perceive the world in one day is not a detail. It is the basis.
In this lecture, you will understand why your energy does not arise by chance, but as a result of the conditions you create every day.
And most importantly: you will take away specific principles,
how to set up your day in such a way that it supports you - not exhausts you.
Because when you change your day,
your whole life begins to change.
Honza.
