About event
JOIN THE ACCESS BARS® CERTIFIED COURSE, with Tereza Makovcová, ambassador of the Access Bars project in Business and schools.
Tereza has been training and certifying new Access Bars practitioners and facilitators in Bratislava and throughout Slovakia for almost 8 years.
Works as an official partner in the written translations of Access Bars manuals, handbooks, books and websites from English to Slovak. In this way, we enable people in their own language to access the tools that Access Consciousness offers.
SO WHAT ARE ACCESS BARS?
Access Bars® is a dynamic gentle touch technique on the head used by people in more than 187 countries of the world. It helps reduce stress, regenerate the body, improve mood and prevent burnout.
RESEARCH.
According to long-term research by Dr. Terrie Hope, PhD, DNM, Access Bars reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression by up to 84.7%. This technique has a huge impact on stress management, improves concentration, efficiency and supports mental health.
HOW DOES THE COURSE WORK?
During the training you will experience two sessions in the role of a client and two sessions in the role of a practitioner. As part of the Access Bars® course, you will receive a detailed manual, a map of Access Bars points and an audio recording of the course.
In addition, you will receive an official Access Bars® Practitioner Certificate, which qualifies you in this amazing method.
