About event
► The ninth year of the Intensive Seminar, which takes advantage of the July holidays.
► We will train again in the Community Garden in Suchdol, Prague. (In case of bad weather, we have the Holešovice gym in reserve)
► The program will classically include two training units in the range of 2x2.5 hours. An intense 5 hours of hard work, sweat and self-improvement fun awaits us.
► Training concept:
10:00 - 12:30 and 14:00 - 16:30.
(On Sunday evening we will traditionally continue with a barbecue and bonfire.)
The morning part will again be more technical, the afternoon will be more application and combat.
We have again on the program Magic Hands didactic concept.
This year we will work more on body movement and dynamic stability for combat applications as well as control of the opponent's movement.
During the lunch break we will go to lunch together, or it is possible to sit on the spot and have lunch from our own supplies.
► The seminar will be led by: Sifu Jiří Schwertner 5.MG WT
